Abortion in Ukraine

Abortion in Ukraine continues to be the number one contraception. They are the norm of life. Doctors and families usually encourage a woman to abort. Most women who have an abortion do not understand that they are killing a life - a baby. Afterwards, they suffer from its consequences spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Only a few medical people give true information about abortions.

In Ukraine, there is a high percentage of teenagers that become pregnant because of the propaganda for sexual freedom and open pornography in newspapers, magazines, and on television.

=300,000 kids per year are not born. They are killed before delivery.

Main Purposes of this Center are:

= Crises pregnancy service (free pregnancy tests, free ultrasound, education about abortion and its harmful effects, and doctor consultation)

= Pre-natal classes

= Training and education of society to establish a new mentality towards sexual activity, abortion, and family values based on a Biblical worldview.

= Care for women emotionally and physically who have miscarried, who have Post-Abortion Syndrome (PAS) or have been part of sexual violence (rape.)

= Teaching in schools about abortion and prevention. Teaching girls about their sexuality.

= Creating a shelter home for women of domestic violence.
